Make sure all bird droppings and debris are cleared away.Use a disinfectant to clean the surface.Allow area to dry before installation.

Run a bead of outdoor construction adhesive down the underside of the spike.Also put a dollop of adhesive on each screw hole,allowing the adhesive to 
Mushroom up for more effective adhesion.

Leave no more than 3.5cm (1.5”) in front of or behind the spike strips.Wider ledges may require multiple rows.Bird Spikes come in 25cm sections.For smaller areas,easy break into individual Piece to installation.

If the gap behind the first spike is greater than 6.5cm,pigeons will get in behindthem.It will therefore be necessary to put another row of spikes into this space to block it.

For very wide ledges,3 or more row of spikes will be necessary.Note:make sure the gap between rows is no greater 3.5cm (1.5”).

Choose method of attachment:
a.Glue:Use a polyurethane outdoor adhesive.Apply the glue along the glue through at the base,press
down onto surface.
b.Screws:Use wood screw to attach to wood surfaces.Screw into pre-drilled holes along the base.
c.Tie Down:For pipes and other areas,secure spikes with zip ties by wrapping the tie down around the 
base and securing.
